Namun, beliau senantiasa berharap agar pemerintah setempat mencermati nasib para pengajar honorer yang mengajar pada kabupaten tegal, tercantum soal kesejahteraan para pengajar buat penuhi kebutuhan tiap hari.

Di sisi lain, beliau senantiasa hendak berupaya peruntungan menjajaki pilih uji cpns lewat jalan universal apabila peluang itu dibuka.

“usai shalat isya, pada rumah saya buka tutorial belajar. Tetapi, aku  tidak wajib  masang tarif pada kanak – kanak yg datang belajar ke yuk, ” celoteh ia.

Dengan semua keterbatasan, rizma mengaku amat mengasihi profesi dijalaninya demi generasi penerus bangsa. Beliau juga mengajak sesama pengajar honorer buat tidak sangat bergantung pada modul.
