Kasat Reskrim Polres Palopo AKP Ardy Yusuf mengatakan, setelah melakukan pemerkosaan pelaku melarikan diri ke Bastem, Kabupaten Luwu.

Saat diringkus pelaku sama sekali tidak melakukan perlawanan dan mengakui semua perbuatannya.
"Pelaku kami ringkus di Bastem. Kita ringkus disalah satu rumah keluarganya," katanya.
AKP Ardy Yusuf menjelaskan, pelaku  korban di salah satu rumah kost di Kota Palopo.
Saat itu korban diantar menggunakan sepeda motor menuju rumah teman untuk mengerjakan tugas.

Namun saat sementara perjalanan, pelaku mengajak korban untuk mampir di rumah kost.
"Saat berada di kost, korban diberikan air minum yang telah dicampur obat. Setelah diminum korban langsung tidak sadarkan diri lalu diperkosa," jelasnya.
Korban menyadari dirinya telah diperkosa saat berada dirumah.

Fang pun mencoba berbagai cara untuk menyelamatkan hubungannya dengan Lan.
Lantas, dia menghubungi ibu Lan dan mengatakan bahwa anaknya berkenalan dengan orang asing di internet.

Namun, Lan memberikan bukti yang cukup.
Melalui catatan harian yang selama ini dia tulis dalam buku diary, terungkap bahwa Lan hafal dan mendeskripsikan bagian-bagian intim dalam tubuh Fang.
Lan juga mengaku, dirinya diperkosa oleh Fang dan berhubungan suami istri hampir setiap hari saat minggu pertama berkencan.

Bahkan, sebelum usianya 14 tahun, Lan mengungkap bahwa dia dan Fang telah berhubungan intim sebanyak 129 kali dalam delapan bulan.
Selanjutnya, mereka melakukan perbuatan terlarang itu sebanyak 156 kali selama 7 bulan berikutnya.
Ibu Lan pun melaporkan perbuatan guru bimbel anaknya tersebut ke polisi.
Fang dijathui hukuman penjara selama 9 tahun 6 bulan karena memperkosa gadis di bawah umur.
