Video mahasiswa yang terlibat aksi demonstrasi hingga terluka parah viral di media sosial.
Ada dua video yang beredar memperlihatkan mahasiswa aksi demonstrasi syok.
Video pertama menunjukkan mahasiswa mengenakan jas almamater berwarna biru muda.

Tak terlihat lambang universitas di jas almamater tersebut.

Mahasiswa tersebut mengalami luka cukup parah hingga setengah wajahnya berwarna merah yang diduga karena darah.
Darah tersebut menetes dari atas kepala hingga dagu.
Ia terlihat sempat ingin menyeka lukanya menggunakan kaus yang ia gunakan.
“Woi, woi, woi, medis woi! Duduk hei,” ucap perekam video.
Namun, mahasiswa tersebut memilih meninggalkan lokasi dengan wajahnya yang masih bersimbah darah.
Video kedua memperlihatkan mahasiswa mengenakan jas almamater kuning yang diduga mahasiswa Universitas Sriwijaya.

Ia ditolong oleh sesama massa demonstaran yang sebanyak tiga orang. Salah satunya menuangkan air minum ke luka mahasiswa tersebut.
Mahasiswa yang terluka terlihat panik melihat darah mengucur dari kepalanya. Terlihat luka terbuka di bagian kiri kepalanya.
“Bang mohon izin bang ada yang terluka,” ucap perekam video.

Luka tersebut diseka menggunakan masker salah satu demonstran. Jaket almamater kedua mahasiswa itu dipenuhi bercak merah darah.
Warganet menduga mahasiswa yang ada di video tersebut berasal dari UIN Raden Fatah dan Universitas Sriwijaya.
Melansir dari Sriwijaya Post, aksi demosntrasi ribuan mahasiswa di depan Kantor DPRD Sumsel, Selasa (24/9/2019) berujung ricuh.
Aparat melakukan tindakan refresif saat mahasiswa mencoba memaksa masuk ke halaman DPRD Sumsel.
Para mahasiswa dipukul mundur oleh polisi. Mahasiswa membalas tindakan aparat tersebut dengan melempari para aparat dengan batu.
Aparat kemudian menembakkan gas air mata untuk membubarkan aksi mahasiswa tersebut.
Salah seorang mahasiswa terlihat terluka dan diamankan oleh polisi.

Darah tampak mengucur deras dari kepala mahasiswa yang terluka tersebut.
Belum diketahui siapa nama mahasiswa yang terluka tersebut. Sementara aparat keamanan belum mau berkomentar terkait demo ricuh ini.
Pantauan Sripoku.com, tampak puluhan selongsong gas air mata berserakan di lokasi ricuh.
Dilarang Masuk karena Ada Pelantikan
Sebelumnya Kapolresta Palembang Kombes Pol Didi Hayamansyah melarang masa aksi demonstran untuk masuk gedung DPRD (Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah) dengan alasan ada kegiatan pelantikan anggota DPRD Sumsel.
Dengan memakai seragam lengkap kepolisian, Kapolresta Palembang tersebut menyapa ribuan massa aksi demo yang sejak tadi berada depan halaman DPRD Sumsel.
“Saya minta kepada seluruh mahasiswa dari seluruh kampus yang ada disumsel saya minta perwakilan atau orang yang merasa dituakan. Karena kita tidak memberi izin semuanya masuk pasalnya sekarang DPRD sedang ada pelantikan,” ujar Kombes Pol Didi Hayamansyah.
Ia menambahkan jika permintaan itu diterima dia akan memberikan masuk akses kedalam gedung DPRD. Seraya mendengar kapolresta Palembang tersebut
Seluruh presiden mahasiswa bersedia menjadi perwakilan yang masuk ke dalam gedung rakyat tersebut.
Adapun 15 tuntutan yang mereka ajukan:

1. Mencabut Revisi Undang-Undang Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi, dengan menerbitkan Perppu yang mencabut Undang-Undang KPK dan disetujui oleh DPR.
2. Mencabut Revisi Undang-Undang Pemasyarakatan yang memberikan kenikmatan bagi Koruptor.
3. Membatalkan pengangkatan seluruh Capim Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi terpilih.
4. Menunda pengesahan dan mengeluarkan seluruh ketentuan mengenai korupsi dari RUU KUHP.
5. Mencabut draf RKUHP dan melakukan kajian dan partisipasi publik kembali dalam penyusunan draf secara komprehensif sebelum melakukan pembahasan di dewan perwakilan rakyat.
6. Mencabut pasal-pasal karet dalam Undang-Undang ITE maupun peraturan perundang-undangan lainnya.
7. Mendisiplinkan aparat negara dalam berhadapan dengan rakyat untuk menjamin kebebasan berpendapat demi iklim demokrasi yang sehat.
8. Selesaikan konflik agraria dan laksanakan reforma agraria sejati
9. Mencabut Undang-Undang Sumber Daya Air yang menghalangi akses rakyat terhadap air.
10. Menolak RUU Minerba yang berpotensi mengkriminalisasi rakyat yang dalam konflik pertambangan
11. Menolak RUU Pertanahan yang berpotensi memperparah ketimpangan kepemilikan tanah.
12. Mencabut Peraturan Pemerintah No. 24 Tahun 2018, dan dengan serius melakukan pengawasan terhadap kegiatan usaha yang berdampak penting bagi lingkungan.
13. Hentikan kriminalisasi petani
14. Secara serius mengupayakan penghapusan diskriminasi terhadap seluruh etnis di Indonesia
15. Menjamin dilaksanakannya otonomi daerah yang menyejahterakan dan menjamin akses ekonomi bagi rakyat.
